From the Safari menu, select Preferences. 
To enable popups blocker on specific sites, toggle on (slide radio button to the right) Popups Blocked (recommended) and in the Allow section, click on ADD and enter the URL(s). To disable the popup blocker, toggle off (slide radio button to the left) the Popups Blocked (recommended) option. When the dialog window open, click Popups. Under Privacy and security, click the Content settings. Click the Advanced settings at the bottom. Click the Customize and control Google Chrome menu (the three horizontal bars in the upper right corner). To turn off pop-up blocker, follow these instructions:
